Commissioning Guide
We love working with architects, interior designers and private clients to create new and bespoke products, whether they’re entirely novel or based on our existing designs. To make the process straightforward, the guide below sets out the steps involved from commissioning to receiving a bespoke piece.

Speak to us by email, telephone or in person to discuss your ideas and design constraints. At this point, we expect to discuss broad design options, and will follow up with a quotation and lead-time in writing, which is valid for 14 days. Our lead-times are maximums, and we are usually happy to expedite delivery for a fee.
